Dear Ragtime Friends,

My submission this year is entitled Hauling Trash. I guess you could call it a not-so-slow drag. This rag consists of four strains, to wit:

A. I gather the trash in a pile.

B. I tie the trash up in a burlap bag.

C. I haul the trash to the curb.

D. The trashman hauls the trash away. Hip hip hooray!

Only the most sublime subject matter for this composer, eh?
